Optichrome as an organisation fully understands the requirements of offering a fully secure and confidential service provision.

Data Security Optichrome is registered under the Data Protection Act.
  • Any data passing through the account management system will be protected by the Optichrome firewall which ensures that information within our network is protected from outside access
  • We have a strict policy regarding data protection and user account administration ensuring unauthorised access to information is not possible
  • Optichrome monitors users to ensure that access is revoked when no longer required
  • Optichrome adopt best practice IT policies such as password change and intruder detection lockout
Data protection Optichrome understands that they must within their responsibilities as an appointed Contractor protect personal data in accordance with the provisions and principles of the Data Protection Act 1984 and must ensure the reliability of Optichrome staff who will have access to the data.

The factory and site are completely secure and can only be entered by the use of passkeys and coded touch pads which are changed regularly.

Contract Fidelity All staff understand the brevity of the responsibility of our security provision. To ensure this is respected this is clearly laid out and signed within their contracts on joining the company. Optichrome works for many clients on processing confidential data and if required will sign client specific contracts to provide additional comfort of our services.
